Practical Sword is a club for people interested in learning how to fight with a sword and other weapons in a way that seeks to be as realistic as possible.

We do this by focusing on how people may have once fought in the past, trying to recreate lost fighting styles and techniques. We focus on both Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) with influences from Japanese and other asian martial arts, and Historical Medieval Battle (HMB)
